How do I upload products?

The Seller Portal link at the top of the screen provides you the full capability to upload products and fulfill all orders. We will approve and upload your product within 24 hours of receiving your request. You will be notified via email once your product is uploaded on World Hemp Market.

Is there a THC limit for product upload?

In compliance with current state and federal regulations, all products must have less than 0.3% THC.

How will I get my earnings once my products are sold?

We guarantee that every Monday, your earnings will be sent directly to your address. Our order tracking system provides you transparent record of every dollar you make.

At what price should I list my products?

Products listed in every product category, EXCEPT 'Bulk', should be priced at your retail/consumer price points. You have the full power to set these consumer/retail price points based upon your company's values and goals.

What products should I list in the 'Bulk' product category?

We designed bulk upload capabilities to allow sellers to build Business-to-Business (B2B) relationships while selling directly to consumers. Items listed in this category should be your larger weighted inventory (items weighing a 1/2 pound or more and items weighing a 1/2 kilogram or more). All items uploaded to the 'Bulk' product category should be listed at your Business-to-Business (B2B) price points. We are always available to answer any questions you may have.

How do I know when to ship an order to a customer?

Once a customer purchases your product, our inventory management software system will automatically generate a shipping label, pre-filled with the customer's information. You will then be notified via email to log-in to your World Hemp Market Seller Portal and pack and ship the product to the customer.

How do I know I am sending my product to a legal state?

Our priority is selling products in compliance with state laws. We consistently collaborate with our legal counsel to ensure we are up to date with federal and state guidelines. If you have any questions email Support@WorldHempMarket.com.
